white and fluffy

winter scene

oh Canada!

winter flowers

We took a walk in a suburb neighbourhood after a night of substantial snow fall.

I would make snow angels, but the snow was already melting.

Remember when you were a kid, you'd roll in the snow carelessly? The cold, the wetness, all of that didn't matter. What happened to that part of me?

I think I want to be a kid again, just for the winter fun.

wow! these are so beautiful, May!!!
I love the photo of both of your feet in the snow (WHERE DID YOU GET YOUR BOOTS???) and I love that you can see the moon.

dusk is such a great time of day!

Beautiful colours; Canada and Norway has a lot in common. I too have wondered why I suddenly think of getting wet and cold, instead of just embrasing the snow, the winter. Sometimes it's sad, loosing one's childhood without even noticing.
Happy weekend!

Your gloves are so cute, did you make them? Talking about kids and the cold, when I was living in Japan kids there would be running in shorts at the playground in all sorts of weather, I had wished I were them many a times from my window.
